How will it be possible for people without a credit / debet card to buy SoM? Or won't it be possible at all? I'm 18 but don't have any of these cards because I'm still a student, and I'm sure there are many others having the same problem...
Kind regards, Grenwald |

There's always paypal. They accept numerous ways of payment. And CM is still working on an alternative, some way to pay cash (?). Nothing certain but outlook still good.

Satine did say that they hope to have a number of payment options ready but it could be shortly after SoM is released.

i saw "click and buy" as an option to pay for the expansion. In the Netherlands thats what i used to pay for my monthly subscription. So it seems you can use that to buy the game aswell. So most likely you can use the "click and buy" option in Belgium aswell......?

Maybe they can make something similar to Game Time Cards. You go to the shop and buy the expansion card -> go home and enter the code from the card -> download, install and play. Sounds pretty easy to me

I always have to bother my dad if I wanna buy something online.
Something pretty handy has come out recently in Belgium, it's called PaySafeCards. You can buy them in phone shops or diverse media shops (I sell them myself at my own shop) and they have amounts of €10, €25 or €50 and you can use those cards to buy things on the internet, of course only on sites that support if. Apparently, the number of sites accepting PaySafeCards is increasing, I'm wondering if CM would ever see anything in this? Apparently, Guild Wars already uses them, as well as diverse browser games. http://www.paysafecard.com/be-nl/ Quote:
You can already use your PaySafeCard in more than 3000 webshops. Among those are some of the biggest suppliers of games and other types of games (this sounds stupid in English, but they mean games as in PC games and other types of games probably as board games/card games) but also music downloads. I wonder if this is anything for CM at all. Last edited by NoBigThing; 22-10-2009 at 06:31 AM. |
