April

Game 29

My Prediction:
Vauxhall Motors 4 - 0 Stoke

Result:
(Fav) Vauxhall Motors 3 - 1 Stoke

Man of Match:
Luis Carlos - Vauxhall Motors - Rating 8.1

Managers Comments

This wasn't a comfortable win in some ways it was very tense, but i was pleased with the win as i have rested a few players due to the tight fixture list we have.

3rd Knockout Round Leg 1

My Prediction:
Tottenham 2 - 1 Vauxhall Motors

Result:
(Fav) Tottenham 3 - 2 Vauxhall Motors

Man of Match:
Luka Modric - Tottenham - Rating 7.7

Managers Comments

We played well enough to at least have come away at level terms but with 2 away goals and only 1 goal difference we still have a big chance of winning.

Game 30

My Prediction:
West Ham 1 - 3 Vauxhall Motors

Result:
West Ham 2 - 3 Vauxhall Motors (Fav)

Man of Match:
Ryan Way - Vauxhall Motors - Rating 7.6

Managers Comments

We managed to get decent lead of 3-1 which was only just enough to win the game at 3-2, they came so close to getting a point.

3rd Knockout Round Leg 1

My Prediction:
Vauxhall Motors 3 - 1 Tottenham

Result:
Vauxhall Motors (5) 3 - 0 (3) Tottenham (Fav)

Man of Match:
Sergio Jimenez - Vauxhall Motors - Rating 8.3

Managers Comments

This was the kind of result we needed a huge boost in out teams morale has been noticed also we have struggled with injuries today but we coped well.

Semi Final

My Prediction:
Fulham 1 - 3 Vauxhall Motors

Result:
Fulham 2 - 1 Vauxhall Motors (Fav)

Man of Match:
Andreas Lie - Fulham - Rating 7.7

Managers Comments

We played as good as we could today, a wonderful strike from Necid went in which cost us the game. I was pleased with some parts of the game but if we can score more goals we could have won.

Game 31

My Prediction:
Vauxhall Motors 2 - 5 Arsenal

Result:
Vauxhall Motors 2 - 2 Arsenal (Fav)

Man of Match:
Emmanuel Adebayor - Arsenal - Rating 8.5

Managers Comments

We were do very close to getting a shock win today as we had only seconds left in the game but they scored the equaliser in injury time.

Game 32

My Prediction:
Blackburn 0 - 3 Vauxhall Motors

Result:
Blackburn 1 - 2 Vauxhall Motors (Fav)

Man of Match:
Luis Carlos - Vauxhall Motors - Rating 7.6

Managers Comments

The best part of this math was the team managed to dig out a win even though it was close game we got the most important thing, which is 3 points.

Game 33

My Prediction:
Manchester United 1 - 2 Vauxhall Motors

Result:
Manchester United 1 - 4 Vauxhall Motors (Fav)

Man of Match:
Christopher Ackermann - Vauxhall Motors - Rating 8.1

Managers Comments

Now this was a superb result as we managed to contain them for almost the whole game, we also scored 4 goals.

Semi Final

My Prediction:
Vauxhall Motors 3 - 0 Lazio

Result:
(Fav) Vauxhall Motors 4 - 1 Lazio

Man of Match:
Christopher Ackermann - Vauxhall Motors - Rating 8.1

Managers Comments

Wow this was a very different game today, i never seen the team play so well even though we had 10 men after ten minutes.

Game 34

My Prediction:
Vauxhall Motors 4 - 0 Aston Villa

Result:
(Fav) Vauxhall Motors 7 - 0 Aston Villa

Man of Match:
Jean-Michel Quere - Vauxhall Motors - Rating 8.9

Managers Comments

Not one single fault from the team after the red card incident, we managed to keep the ball loads in the midfield and not just that Villa had been misplacing every pass they had to us. How have we won so big.

Managers Comments

We lost a game or 2 this month and drew in a game against Arsenal in which i felt we should have won. The highlight of the month well will have to be the last 3 games, for some reason we have started to turn on the heat and score freely.

Next month I hope that we can keep up this form and we may even get that 4th spot only if results can go our way.

May - End of Season

Game 35

My Prediction:
Vauxhall Motors 2 - 0 Everton

Result:
(Fav) Vauxhall Motors 2 - 0 Everton

Man of Match:
Ryan Way - Vauxhall Motors - Rating 7.9

Managers Comments

A nice and comfortable win we got today thanks to a team effort, just a shame we got 2 injuries.

Semi Final Leg 2

My Prediction:
Lazio 1 - 2 Vauxhall Motors

Result:
(Fav) Lazio (3) 2 - 0 (4) Vauxhall Motors

Man of Match:
Edgar Cani - Lazio - Rating 8.4

Managers Comments

We never played well today as we had a few reserve players in due to injuries and then we got 3 more injuries today from players getting knocks, all out for at least a week. Juventus in the final.

Game 36

My Prediction:
Nottingham 0 - 1 Vauxhall Motors

Result:
Nottingham 0 - 1 Vauxhall Motors (Fav)

Man of Match:
Tommy Koskela - Vauxhall Motors - Rating 8.0

Managers Comments

I knew we would struggle to do well as this game was 1 day after Lazio, not just that i had to play with a youth left back. We won is all that mattered though

Game 37

My Prediction:
Fulham 1 - 2 Vauxhall Motors

Result:
Fulham 1 - 1 Vauxhall Motors (Fav)

Man of Match:
Tommy Koskela - Vauxhall Motors - Rating 8.0

Managers Comments

We have managed to snatch a draw and this has put us in 4th place since Chelsea lost to Reading, not just that we have 1 more game to play as well so resting time for the team.

Game 38

My Prediction:
Newcastle 2 - 0 Vauxhall Motors

Result:
(Fav) Newcastle 5 - 2 Vauxhall Motors

Man of Match:
Rodrigo Palacio - Newcastle - Rating 9.4

Managers Comments

This was our game in hand, i knew we never needed to win so i rested a few players for the final. We had so many chances to score but we failed to produce and we lost badly.

Final

My Prediction:
Vauxhall Motors 3 - 2 Juventus

Result:
Vauxhall Motors 3 - 1 Juventus (Fav)

Man of Match:
Peter Gibson - Vauxhall Motors - Rating 8.5

Managers Comments

Wow we have done it thanks to the brilliant performance from the team as we managed to put away the late goals and defensively we were very strong.

This is and was a massive achievement for us as we have secured a top 4 place, i am over the moon that we have managed to break into the top 4 for the first time, the disappointment of losing in the Carling cup was 1 of the worst things but then we lost to Fulham in the FA cup to make things worse.

I am over the moon that we had managed to win the UEFA Europa League first time of asking and in our debut season in Europe, i wonder how we will do in the Champions League next season.

I am pleased with the team and the club as we have been improving vastly in all areas, we're a little short of cash this season from last but that is due to the 2 huge buys i have made, both of whom are perfect for the club and the best in those positions.

Managers Comments

This is going to be the most busiest season ever and i feel it maybe the toughest as we have a fair few big games so early on in the season, i am looking forward to trying to get in the Champions League group stage and also hopefully winning a few cups.

I want to try and win the Premier League this season as i feel the team is a lot stronger physically and mentally than ever before.

Now that i have accepted the England job i also want to get them to win the World cup in 2018 which will mean another 2 seasons of this before i make a new 1 on FM10.

I am now the England manager as well as Vauxhall i will post the England tables and games but not to the full details as my Vauxhall team is due to less time to write it all up.

Assistant Report

Round is very pleased with the amount of depth to the squad and feels we can be confident that the players we have are capable of achieving what is required of them.

Despite possessing a strong team, Round feels that our weakest area of our squad is up front..

Round believes you may want to consider these players as a potential solution to the problem striker area:

Emilio NSue (Udinese's 26 year old Spanish striker who is valued at £7.25M)
Diego Suarez (Milan's 23 year old Bolivian attacking midfielder/forward who is valued at £6.25M)
Alberto Paloschi (Fiorentina's 26 year old Italian striker who is valued at £7.25M)

He also believes that the following are the best:

Senior Players

Ramon Millan - Defender
Luis Carlos - Midfielder
Sergio Jimenez - Attacker

Youth Players

Jimmy Robertson - Defender
Bruno - Midfielder
Francesco Lamanna - Attacker

Best Line Up:
(POS - Name - Rating Stars)

GK - Tommy Koskela - 5

DR - Ramon Millan - 6
DL - Mauro Bertoli - 5
DC - Christopher Ackermann - 6
DC - Peter Tepperik - 5

MR - Jean-Michel Quere - 5
ML - Luis Carlos - 7
MC - Darko Emersic - 6
MC - Shayne Davis - 6

SC - Sergio Jimenez - 5
SC - Peter Gibson - 5

Managers Comments

I feel that its right to say the attack can be weak at times but i do feel we're getting stronger all the time. I will take a few months before we start to gel at our highest levels ever.

I am really pleased to have sold the defender Gerson as he made the team unhappy at times, i felt he was not needed and we managed to make a huge profit on him which is brilliant.

I brought in the 1 player so far for our future, other than that there isn't much else to do other than look forward to a new campaign.
