Default Winamp Problem

Im having a problem with WinAmp,

You see in my music collection I have a range of different file types (mp3, wav, wma and m4a)

When I select to play all of my music everything gets played apart from the m4a format songs.

However it is not a problem with m4a not being compatible with WinAmp as when I play m4a albums individually they work fine!

Anyone know how to get it so i can play all my songs at once?

Cheers

Just convert the M4a tracks into MP3, using winamp.

Options / Preferences / plugins / output then select the top option, double click it ( make sure it says convert to MP3 and note where the output directory is), click ok, then close the pop up and window box.

Move all your M4a tracks into the 'playlist editor' window and play them all. It'll do something and go through the tracks really quickly but then they will be converted into MP3's, go find them and use them instead.

REMEMBER to change it back to the middle selection (DirectSound) afterwards though so you can listen to stuff normally.

That's what I did anyway.

Hope this helps.

I've got Magix Multi Media player for free. Converts any file type to any other file type. What I had problems with was converting WMVs to MP4s, then making them shrink to fit my phone. But my phone only plays MP3s, MP4s, MPEGs etc. So WMA is not an option for me. iTunes is quite good, but it converts the tracks into MP4s and all of them register as videos. Still, getting music videos is fine I suppose.

Anyhow, would anyonw happen to know how to lower the resolution of videos? Like say from 800x680 to 72x144?
