The incident happened after a late-night party on Saturday at the model's home in Grove Park, south east London.

A cut, bruised and bloody Cole, 24, went to a nearby cab office, according to The Sun.

His shirt had been ripped off in the struggle and he fled without his shoes, money or phone. Drivers did not recognise him because of the state he was in, it was claimed.

The party was after Chelsea's FA Cup Third Round home win over Huddersfield Town.

Cole, Chelsea captain John Terry and Bobby Zamora and West Ham's Anton Ferdinand went to the West End Embassy club.

They met up with Page Three girls, including former hairdresser Miss Hazell, Lauren Pope, Nikkala and Nicola T Cole. Later Cole, Ferdinand and others carried on the party at Miss Hazell's semi-detached home.

Cole was at training. Chelsea FC made no comment.

Cole's only a little guy so I wouldn't expect him to get the better of someone else in a fight.
