Was going to be Matt/Pompey's job to do "threads of the week" in here, but he's a bit busy at the moment (which is why I'm doing the fixtures as well)...so here is this week's "poll topic"...
Nobody thought Newcastle or Tottenham would be in this situation at the start of the season - which team though do you think is in the bigger mess? Can you see either of them staying in this position all season and not getting out? |

Newcastle are in bigger *****, one league win, 4/5 straight loses now, still dont have a permanent manager, Kinnar is only short term. Ashley still cant sell the club, he has had to cut the price, again.
Tottenham arent in that bad a mess, they've just had a hard start to the season, and been frightfully unlucky in the sales of both Berba and Keane...

Who voted Spurs lololol.
Spurs need a win, and when that comes they'll be on their way. Toon are in farrrrr worse trouble.

Newcastle. We still have a manager and stable chairman, as well as players who once they know what they're doing will play well.
We won't go down, but can only hope for midtable again in the Premiership. As for newcastle though, unless they spend big in January under a class manager they'll be stuck in or around the bottom this season.

Spurs and Newcastle both think that they are big clubs. To be fair to Spurs (and that's not my normal stance) at least they have won something in the last 50 FIFTY FIFTY FIFTY YEARS!! Laughable, the pair of them.....very comical imho
