Do West Ham Deserve To Be Relegated?

Just interested as to whether people think West Ham deserve to be relegated or not over the Tevez and Masawhatshisface affair?

Depends.

If they weren't registered properly, then yes, as it would have happened to any other club.

However, it seems it's not as simple as that, it's something to do with third-party ownerships of players, which is a problem that hasn't come up before. I don't know exactly what they've done wrong, but if it's a unique case, then I guess it's up to the committee to decide on a suitable punishment, and they thought a fine was enough.

It's the 3rd party ownership that has got them into trouble.

Andthe fact is they had this agreement with the 3rd party, and they lied about it to the FA so they are guilty no doubt about it...But do they deserve to be relegated?

I've put no simply because it was under the previous regime this all happened and I think it would be unfair to punish the new boss and the fans now.

I haven't voted as I remain undecided on the matter, but the fact that the player who is the bunt of all this conflict has been the player to keep them up, well it doesn't help their case

I'm bored of the whole saga.

An independent commitee was set up and agreed by all premiership clubs, that commeittie gave a punishment...end off.

It doesn't matter what anyone thinks, the decision they gave is the answer. All clubs agreed to this panel, it's just a few decided afterwards that the didn't like the answer.

I think Sheff Utd, Wigan, Fulham should all be relegated for maoning on and on and on and on about it.

He should shut up!

He should just be glad that Wigan stayed up,i also think he should have taken more time in considering Wigan's future manager.

they got a fine, but it wasnt enough , but they don't deserve a points docking, half way through a season, next the should start on minus something, say 5 10 .. i don't no ... just sheffield's luck ran out at the wrong time, anyway , sheffield should be back next season anyway , only good thing to come out of sheffield is Arctic Monkeys, thats it..!!!

Thats what i was thinking earlier....they stayed up so forget it!! how can you urge someone quit :s ....as you said about the manager, he should of got a better manager!

i said no the ex oweners who lied to the fa should be fined. thats like someone commiting a crime and someelse taking the rap.and wigan and sheff are acting like a bunch of **** hungry *****s trying to get westham put down.sheff went because they did not have a great season.
