Temple Help Please

I am trying to get through to the Temple, but I can only get to the end of the first yard just before the second gate.Is this a place where stealth dosn't pay and I should just take everyone out? Where are these medical syringes at that are mentioned in the book?

Nevermind, I just shot everyone from outside the walls. Now I am trying to get into the main temple yard.

Look through the thermal scope from the sniper rifle from a high point outside the complex after taking out all the snipers, then shoot anything that moves (and don´t forget those two fellas on the gate entrance to the main temple yard
