Need help with "mission control" mission

Here's the thing... you have to cut the oil supply then place tracking device into that rocket, remove those 3 thigs that holds the rocket and then go to the bunker and launch it. Well I did cut the oil supply, placed that tracking device but I can't remove those 3 thigs that holds te rocket ? How to that ? I saw that at each of those 3 "bridges" there is something like a panel to be pressed but when I approach it it doesn't offer me to press it. So, what's the deal ? How to remowe those 3 things holding damn rocket ? Thank you in advance..
