lv 45 quest Implemts of battle mobs ?

Hi this quest is driving me mad i ahve one outstanding mob shataz for his weapon i cant find him near the giant halls in misty moutains can anyone point me in the right direction to a) what type of mob is it and b) general location

i think its an troll, i'm not an level 45 yet but i think i've seen him while wandering around, he's an bit to the north-east

south west of giant halls on the east side of the circle of mountains, alot of troll adds around him but are places to pull solo. he is level 40 with 7k+ morale, was able to solo at level 45.
