So Slow, why ?
Hello all.
I have a powerful pc here are the spec: Vista Ultimate 64bit. Intel Core Duo E8500 3.16GHz 2.83 GHz 4GB' ram http://img73.imageshack.us/my.php?image=systemcc3.jpg And the game runs SSOO slow, holy moly!!! Here is the movie to show ya http://share.ovi.com/media/SickSpide...ckSpider.10023 The thing i don't get is the codemasters logo and Grid movie running fine other than that its all SLOW !. Does game still run slow at 800x600, no AA and low graphic settings? If game run fine at these settings, then work your way up from here.
I'm running at 1024x768 ( was 1280x1024 ), 2xAA and Ultra settings except for Particle set to High. I get about 36-60 FPS on San Francisco track.

Damn I'm going have to Boycott buying DIRT 2 now until GFWL issue get resolve in a fair manner for players that bought DIRT 2.  Don't feel right buying DIRT 2 if others are getting screwed out of their hard earn dollars. GFWL stole my game Please Codemasters and Microsoft fix this injustice to online racing! Let the WHOLE world race online like we do with GRID and Flatout 2!! Will F1 use GFWL? |
