Car skin error

I recently have aquired an error with the car skin branding, i do not know how this has happened but it has in both single player and multiplayer all skins and bradnding appear this way. i have re-installed the game (only saving my 'saved game') and once again the error comes back. I have the game set on ultra as my card is the 4870x2 2gig. i have an AMD 2.3 phenom with 2 gig of ram. i have played the game since it came out and have never had a problem until now so any help would be appreciated, here are some screenshots

Hey that looks like one of my custom brandings. HeHe

Is it just that one or are all of them blurred?
