Exclamation Grid Won't instal

i just bought my grid today but when i try to instal it stops at around 50%

at the : 350_tex_high_06.pssg file

i don't know how to install it anymore plz help me

try this.......put the dvd in the drive,then navigate to my computer right click the dvd drive and click on explore,copy the contents of that disk to a folder on the desktop and install it from there.

This could mean you have a single layer dvd player? Can you check via your dxdiag the manufacture and google it
