dark screen

when i launch grid(no-dvd), everything seems normal. after the animation,the screen turn black but bgm is still available. when i press start there is a text saying something like loading save data and a loading symbol, then turn totally black except the tiny pic told me press enter to select. after i press enter for several time, there is another animation and then it goes to the race. but i can only see the meter and map but not any tiny piece of road.

Window Vista 32bit Home Premium SP1
Core2 Quad 2.4GHz
3GB RAM
ATi Radeon HD 2600 XT

I have exact the same problem. Demo worked fine but the full gives the same error. Already contacted tech support but till now no reply or sollution.

By the way, I have the same graphics card...
