Steering non-operational with keyboard or gamepad

Downloaded off Steam, Installed Fine, Game runs fine, Steering keys don't work with keyboard or my logitech dual action gamepad. The left and right arrows do work for changing settings but once in game, they don't do anything. I tried setting the steering to other keys, game just won't steer at all. I've reinstalled the game, reinstalled my logitech software only to come back to the same problem. Anyone else have this problem or know of a solution? All other keys work fine...gas, brake, etc. Just can't turn

Funny thing was I downloaded the Demo before purchasing and the game ran fine, 40 dollars later and its crap.

Any suggestions appreciated.

Apparently my Steering deadzone was some how set to 100% which I guess makes you not able to steer at all. Putting it to 0% gave me back my steering...if anyone else has this problem.
