GRID Executable

Sometimes when i'm in my garage and i'm busy with my sponsors/brands etc, the game crashes and i get "GRID executable doesn't work anymore".

This happened quite sometimes already, i also get the BSOD from time to time when i quit the game, but more posts were made about that already.

So dunno if anyone else got the "GRID executable" error sometimes as well or that it can be fixed somehow, but it's quite annoying.

My specs:

Processor: AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-Core 2.5 GHz
Mainboard: Asus M3N-HT Deluxe
Memory: Corsair 4 GB RAM DDR2 800 TWIN2X4096-6400C4DHX
Videocard: EVGA GeForce 9800GTX
OS: Windows Vista Home Premium 64-bit SP1 and up to date

yes i also get this ! start a race game crashes to a black screen with the executable box , game needs a patch or its poss a graphics driver thing ?

I have the same problem....
I can only drive one minute, then the crash to desktop.

what spec pc do you have ? vista ? and what graphics card
fingers crossed for a patch i hope

System specs doesnt help anyone. A dxdiag is whats required please.

here my dxDiag i get a black screen every random time
And my screen go to stand by mode.

Read this thread about AMD driver updates. This might help. Failing that, I know that some AMD processors are not supported. Until I am in the office Monday, I can't remember what ones they are. Maybe someone on the forum knows.

I Download The AMD Processor Driver Version 1.3.2.0053 for Windows XP and Windows Server 2003 (x86 and x64

4 hours ago, and it didn`t help.
so what am i need to do?..

hey i got the same problem where the game just crashes to the Exe box with a black background

Can't upload the Dxdiag as the attachment says:
