I'm suggesting CM makes the Y button skip to #1 in the leaderboards.
I'll explain; Racing around in Test Drive I clocked some decent times and wanted to see where I stood in comparison to the top of the charts. Unfortunately it takes a few days to update the boards and until then my time is down at 19,000. That doesn't really bother me too much except that I wanted to see first place and compare. Imagine my suprise when I realized that the only way to see number one from my place at 19,000 was to scroll up... through 18,999 places. So I ended up wrapping the cord around the left stick to keep it in the up position and then securing it by wrapping the cord around the controller a few times. I then set it down and through sheer boredom, went off to the kitchen to make myself a sandwich. Because of the extra sandwich coupled with the lack of excercise from playing GRID all day I ended up gaining weight. This extra weight put me in the "Dangerously Obese" category according to my doctor (despite the fact that I was fit before this) and has caused me to have health issues due to "Bits o' Sammich" clogging my arteries. I have since had to undergo painful surgery to have the sandwich bits removed from my vascular system and while all this went on, the left stick eventually got stuck in the upright position and I had to buy a new controller with my last $20. Turns out I needed to follow up with my treatment but I no longer had money to take a cab to the doctor because I spent it on a new controller for GRID. I missed the treatment. Now the doctor is telling me my window for successful treatment has been missed, I can't be helped and I may only have a few days left before my heart seizes from mayonaise build up, Ham grizzle and improperly chewed up chunks of coagulated, processed cheese slices. I am depressed and feeling defeated, my burps taste like Ham and mayonaise and I still don't know what the first place time is for the track I just raced. All because the Y button doesn't skip to #1 in the leaderboard. CM, my life is on your heads! ![]() Seriously though, it's not a bad idea.
