i have created my account, i have signed up with codemasters and followed instructions which includes activating my account. Now the question can anyone tell me why when trying to login to the beta version of the game it tells me that my username does not have a subscription when the codemaster tech says that my account is active and cant understand why i cant play the game please help someone im getting desperate

Hi there,
The beta has now ended which is why you cannot log into that anymore. In order to play DDO now you need to have a subscription to the full retail product. The keys for this are included within the full retail or collector's edition boxes. Thanks,
