Default Subscription problem

I just have a problem with creating a subscription...I have created succesfully the account and I want to create a subscription...I put all things properly and it says that the registration key is wrong...I am sure that i copy it exactly as it is in the DVD case...Can you help me?

Are you talking about a retail key or a head-start key?

Retail keys will not be active until friday 3rd of March at around noon, so registering them now will not work.

Hi there,

We are getting a lot of people report this and the problem each time is that they are trying to do this on Turbine's billing site (the US accounts site).

Please ensure that you are doing this at www.codemasters.com/cog

Also make sure that you are entering the details with the correct capitalisation - the system is case sensitivie.

Also enter all the dashes as shown on the printed paper.

If you have tried all this and are still having problems then please send a request for assistance to the accounts team, the link of which is in my signature.

Default same problem here

I have exactly the same problem. I made sure I was case sensitive, and I'm 110% sure I entered the correct product key.

Can it be confirmed that my retail product key will not be active untill march 3?

I can confirm it myself. I received a swift email reply (automatic though ) to my question wich stated the following:

6) If you have already received a full retail key for Dungeons and Dragons
online, please note that you will not be able to use this key until Friday 3rd
March, when the initial head start period has ended. You will be able to
activate your key in your COG account then.

Ah well, guess us early retailers have to be patient untill tomorrow.

yeah ive got this aswell, and whats more annoying is that both me and a friend ordered the game within 5 minutes of eachother on the same site and he got his a week ago with a head start key beat n all that, i swear 1 more problem and they arnt getting ne more money out of me.

Hello everyone, I have the same problem, I just bought the game in a shop and the registration key that I have on the inside of the dvd case when I type it in in the subscription windows doesnt work it says it is not valid or not for this product from what time tommorow will the game work?? I live in ireland.

Try after 8am GMT.

just a suggestion as that is around the time they are kicking everyone off the servers to switch over to full retail.
