Exclamation Ultima Online: Europa [ERPA/CORE] [OOC]

Greetings former and current UO players of Europa.

I want to learn if there is any plans from "our" side conserning RP. A RP community, a RP guild or even a RP event.
Write here to tell me if you have ideas or dreams you wish to try out.
I want to learn as much as possible so we can put things together for something nice after the release.

I want to see good events, with trademarkets, entertainment, parties,
story telling, traveling, quests, politics. I want it all *smiles*

Write here of your thoughts and ideas or even just to say "hello i was on UO".
If you wish, you can write who you was in UO too, would be nice to see if I reconise some people

I dont want to reveal who I was on UO / Europa yet, but i want to reveal that later. Im not sure if it will serve me advantage or disadvatage if I reveal who I was.

Im looking forward to see familiar faces or hear from old friends (or enemies) from Ultima Online Europa.

Warm regards.

My husband and I are playing UO on Europa it's a nice server, so many friendly and helpful people. We are really looking forward to doing some RP in DDO as we did not see much of that recently in UO except from some of the well established guilds.

Yes a lot of people still play UO, but a large amount of those who was in the old RP community play other games now.
Most have fled over to EQ2 or WOW.

I tried to make something nice in WOW for the players of RP community, but I failed drasticly, i will not attempt that again.

Instead i will follow and see what happens in DDO in RP Community and i will only come in with advice and ideas once in a while.
I will not lead anything, at least not in the beginning.

I also know that a lot of players in UO currently are playing UO while they wait for DDO release so they can go over to DDO.
Im looking forward to hear from them all.

I played on Europa since it got up, and before that I played on Atlantic. On Europa there was an organization called CoY, the crossroads of Yew, setting up something similiar would be nice.

Yes there was many nice organizations on Europa.

CoY, CoRE, ERPA etc. They all had good things to add to a RP Community.

If we could do something like that on DDO it would be nice, doesnt have to be BIG and WIDE. Just start in the small, and develop with time.

Sometimes thinking TOO big in the beginning can lead to desaster. Like it did on WOW, with something called ADC (Argent Dawn Community)

I hope to hear from more players. Of course Non-UO players is invited to come with ideas and thoughts aswell.

Greeting citizens of Britannia.

I've spent a lot of years from my life in the pubs and taverns in our beautyfull country. But also I've been to such terrible places, that I don't want to remember those. I found many friends and also lost some. I was trained in the arts of controlling the magic of our world and I can sa I was quite good at it.

ooc: But I haven't played Uo for 2 years now and I don't think I will be reactivating my account any time soon, since DDO will be available soon. But UO will always have a place in my heart. It is THE BEST mmoRPG game out there. Too bad Lord British quit the dev team, ultima isn't going to be the same without R. Gariot. I still play around with UO, but now making my own world and server (I won't go public due to host issues, but it's fun creating the world and events as you see them).

I still search for a mmo game that would offer me the same fun and complex gameplay as UO, but I can't find any. I hope DDO will be the next thing, but again I got my doubts.

I did RP and also was in a guild, but not on the Europa server. Char name was Tameril. Trying to recall as much as possible from my UO times. We had a castle near Yew and also a tavern near Minoc. It was really fun, but after sooooo many years in UO, I just wanted a change and went to Asheron's Call 2. While playing it also tryed many other MMOs but none felt like UO . Now I bought EQ2, knowing that EQ was one of the best 3 back then (UO,EQ and AC1), but it doesn't seem very good (actually much worse then AC2).
