Fatal error

Hi, I'm new on this forum and i don't speak so good english.

I have a prob with my game Toca 2. When i start the game, first he check the cd, then the screen become black and then I comeback on my deskopt and i see a window with fatal error; in this window they write; Mode not supported. I don't know what's the prob and if you have the solution please HELP ME.

possibly, theres not too much that can be told from the information it gives, what are your computers specs?
