Retail version off this game useable via Steam?

I like to know if the retail version off this game is useable via Steam or that they are two separate releases?

Yes, its being released on Steam. In fact if you hurry and buy it on Steam you will get a free game with it.

No, when you buy a game off steam, they will give you a serial key for the game.

You can add the game to your steam list and start it threw steam though.
