Arrow Split screen system link please!

Given the late stage at which the game seems to be it is unlikely that there will be any major changes, so i ask any devs/mods out there:

Will this game have split screen system link functionality (think halo 3 with 4 people per xbox over system link connection)?

It seems nowadays (since xbox 360 release) that developers seem to think that the LAN party is dead, and everyone who wants multiplayer has xbox live (or PSN). Now i do have live, but my friends also have physical representations , and we like to get together for a good frag. Unfortunately coutesy of the game devs (im sure they have their reasons) we are limited to using 3 games: Halo 3, Gears 2, and GRAW 2. These seem to be the only games on xbox 360 that allow more than one person per xbox on sys-link.

Now before you ask, yes my friends have their own 360s and TVs (mostly), but lugging around 8 xboxes and 8 big TVs is a major pain in the ass, and then you need room for all the electronics.

So please, if not for this game, but for future games, allow us to be social and game with friends IN PERSON, the LAN party is not dead, but the sad state of multiplayer at the moment is pushing it closer to an early grave.
