Q: Does the Keen on a weapon stack with imp crit feat?

Does taking the improved critical feat stack with keen on a weapon?
So for instance will the Carnifex axe crit on 17-20, 15-20 or 13-20 if one have the correct feat?

They did stack in 3.0 IIRC. But in 3.5, which DDO is based on, they do so no longer. So those dual Kukri wielding Rangers are not quite so powerful in DDO as they were in NWN...

....Is an Feat that does stack with keen impact (aka does not explicitly exclude it!). However this feat is not in game yet.
