Ford RS200

I need help on this one,
It's not really clear for me. I want a place in the hall of fame, but
it's impossible to get a good position without the RS200, I'm driving
my standard ford focus and the rs200 is always 30 seconds faster. Isn't it much more fun when everybody in the hall of fame has equal oppurtunities? I don't have the 550hp rs200 and to be honest, I don't want it, I just want a fair and square race, BUT to perform in the hall of fame people don't leave me a choice.

So I have 2 questions:

1. Is it an option to work on a hall of fame with just the standard cars? Because I believe there are a lot of goor drivers that aren't in the hall of fame because of the RS200.

2. If above is not an option... How do I get the RS200? Is it really necessary to call a hotline for it or is it possible to play and unlock it? If I need to call, please tell me the phonenumber from the hotline in the Netherlands?

Ok, I was whining to early, I finished the game and now I,ve got the RS200. But now rises a new question. How can people drive this fast! In Selardu, Spain, there's no way I drive under 2 minutes. Are these people THAT good or is there shortcut or a cheat to get even faster
