CR03 Steering

CR03 is a great game but only problem is that the handling is awful even on slow. Any suggestions what to correct on the setup or is it because I'm using a keyboard for steering.

No,it aint you or your keyboard.
Many people have complained about the handling being bad in CMR3,your just one of them.
And you can't change this,it's just the game,but you probably feel it like this because of the fact that the cars in CMR3 turn around the center of the car,which may give a floating feeling.
I'd say,wait for CMR4,you will actually steer with the four wheels there,which will please many people,like you,i guess.
