To unlock the incredible Group B mode....(card inside box)

It says to register at www.codemasters.com/register

Well I am already a CodeM registrar, but I went and registered my copy of CMR04 anyway.

But how do I unlock Group B, is there supposed to be an email or something?

You have to enter your secret code found in the options/secret codes section of the game. Not tried it as yet, often tempted.
