Default Imagine...

Using your head to reorient yourself from a hairpin gone bad. Looking out your side windows using very slight movements to enjoy the scenery. Looking over to curse your co-driver, even if its not his fault. ALWAYS keep the optimal race line in the center of the screen. Stay trained on the apex as you approach, and see your exit as you drive thru it. NEVER use the bonnet cam again.

These things I can deliver to the Dev. team by way of multiple TrackIR3 PRO's and a link to the sdk. I am the Developer Relations Manager with NaturalPoint Inc. We are about to make a huge impression on the racing genre of gaming. All of the feedback we have received from admins from various racing sites have pointed us to you.

They say; "The TrackIR would be the ultimate for a rally sim", so,..before its too late, we are formally requesting to be considered for the ultimate rally sim: CMR2005. The good news is,..it takes about 20 munites to implement,. and the result,..only the most immersive feeling of situational awareness possible without spending $10,000 on a head mounted display.

This is my Grass roots attempt to get Codemasters attention, as time is running out to be a part of the game. Bottom line, when behind the wheel, it feels extremely realistic.

Of all of the other types of racing with TrackIR support; CMR05’ will be our only proper Rally title.

All they have to do is make contact,..and we will have units in their hands next day.

...forget about me?

I am in no way associated with codemasters... but i know a thing or two about forcing things to work

It would be much better if they implement this themselves tho...

I did not for get about you, things have been crazy with the trip to Spa for GTR and the trip to NY for BF2. Now its the games convention in Germany, so much to do I cant seem to keep up. I am exhausting every possible way to get into CMR5, attacking this forum is my last resort. CMR5 is one of only six games left between now and fall 05' that we are not a part of. I can only hope that someone on the dev team will see this and give us a shot. You are very talented, but I must try to get Enhanced support for CMR5, mouse emulation mode just wont do the sim the justice it deserves.

If they try and like CMR5,..there may be a chance that they will put us in the next patch for TocaRD2,..but if not,.I will send you a TrackIR and sdk so that maybe we can make it work another way.

If we get CMR5,..I will send you a TrackIR anyway

Hi Ken
It's probably a bit late in the day to get TrackIR into CMR5, but email me at motorsport@codemasters.com, and I'll stick you in touch with the designers on the ToCA and Rally teams.

Default TrackIR

E-mail sent, thanks for pointing me in the right direction. Even if the TrackIR gets added by a patch, its better late than never.
