North American game availablitiy confusion

Does anybody at Codemasters have a clue?
I asked a few months back if CMR 2005 will make be released for PS2 in North America. They told me yes.
I just checked the CMR site and it showed that it will be available for XBox and PC.
So I emailed them again to see what was going on and I was told that it's an XBox exclusive. What? Then why do you show it being available for the PC?

Long ago I was told that CMR 4 was an XBox exclusive and if I wanted the PC version I would have to order it through Codemasters webstore, but I was in one of my local gamming stores and they had the PC version of CMR 4.
What is going on here!???!?!

Well as I've understood it all three versions are due at the same time, which is Sep 30... I think there was some admin who confirmed it in some thread.
I know that Be_Devil (or whatever that moderators name is) has said so.

Ok, clarification.

anyone who asked me a few months ago if the game was coming out on PS2 in the US, I told yes, because that's what I was told at the time.

However, for some reason- (probably retailer/distributor issues) it's now been decided for an xbox-exclusive... sort of.

The PC version won't be avaliable in US retailers, but will be available to buy direct from our website shop. the xbox version will be available in retailers. I don't know about the price.

Sorry for any confusion caused- sometimes peopel tell me the wrong thing...

This ONLY Apllies for the NTSC teritories. Europe and Australia will have all three versions (PC, PS2, Xbox) available through normal channels
