The PC version probably comes out a few months later.
Just like with CMR4.

There was once a time when i actually cared and would have jumped up and down with excitement at the prospect of another CMR game. But after the last two abysmal titles in the franchise the whole thing just reeks of a cash in to me.
The more numbers they stick on the end of cmr the more the quality drops , end of discussion.

Don't care if it has 30000000000000 stages , if the cars handle as childish as the previous 2 installments i won't drive one of them... and considering the press releases are aiming at Xbox and PS2 you can almost guarantee the handling is going to be as babyish as ever.

They just need to get out of the pivot handling system.
And actually do it now, instead of making false promises.
RFT sayd once,i believe, the risk of changing the handling system would be too big,but i think we could all use another challenge.
And more realistic too.

Considering that CMR4 is brand new and CMR5 is being released not 8 months later with 300 stages i really wouldn't hold youre breath that Codemasters are doing any work in the handling department whatsoever. In actual fact i dont think Codemasters are doing any work full stop.
