hope to help you a little bit with this;
-make sure you installed and tested your driver for your gamepad on your system first before you do the following -connect gamepad, start your game -game should autodetect your gamepad now -go to....options/controllers/player 1 controller on the top of this section you can choose your controller with your right and left arrows of your keyboard. -after doing this set steering to analoque and accelerate/brake to digital -press ok (use the ok to confirm settings, otherwise settings will get lost) -now when everything is done right you see a big field with all the buttons and axis used in the game -here you can reorganize your gamepad buttons and axis -choose button or axis, push enter and select on your gamepad the preferred button or axis -when you've done this press ok -calibrate your axis and press ok -and now i hope for you the problem is solved, if not try to reinstall your gamepad and your game -i myself had also to fiddle around to get it right, espacially the digital and analoque configurations. (i have a Logitech Precision Gamepad) hope this helped you on your way to play cmr2 again, if not just let me know CHECK OUT MY SITE I HAVE OVER 140 NEW CARS FOR YOU TO DOWNLOAD AND A LOT OF OTHER FUN STUFF http://www.cmr2game.110mb.com |

The Patch fixes graphical problems during Network Time Trial play and also during Network Replays. Also fixes black screen on startup on some Windows 95 systems. New Patch also fixes the following issues: Digital steering can now be used with digital gamepads, Controller options can now be assigned to the keyboard, Force Feedback no longer turns itself off with some wheels, 2 axis controllers can now be set as analogue devices
Force Feedback can now be selected with some controllers where this was previously unavailable. WARNING:This Patch is for the European version of the game only.It will not work with the US version. You can find the "Official Patch v1.09" here; http://www.bhmotorsports.com/CMR2/downloads/621 |
