Default Last Captain Skill = Worthless!

Ok, i got to lvl 45 today on my captain so i was looking forward to our new skill which allows you to summon party members. I went and bought the skill and a Rallying Horn from my Captain trainer, tried it out, it takes quite a long time to summon someone and its on a 2 min cooldown. That didnt much bother me. But what did is that when you summon someone the horn disappears! Ok, so ill buy a stack of them for when i need to summon someone i thought, after all, Hunters can buy stacks of travel rations to teleport people about. But no! they dont even stack!!!

So i have a pack full of scholar stuff and class pages for my epic traits, as well as other bits and pieces, and now i have to fill up the rest of the little pack space i have free with horns if i want to use the skill? how lame is that?

It looks like i will never be able to use this skill as i never have enough pack space as it is without filling it up with horns. Please change this to either a horn that you can equip like a music instrument and doesnt disappear every time you summon someone, or at least make the horns stack!

I suspect its a bug. There is no way the Devs can justify single-use Summoning Horns. Stick something in the Suggestions, maybe?

The Summoning horns are meant to be single use as far as I know, and while it is a pity, it's not a big deal. The problem is because the summoning horns dont stack into one spot in your bag, each one takes up an individual spot, which means if you want to stock up (necessary) you need to use up at least a whole bag to do it.

There was a dev chat a while back where they said that they are looking into changing the way summoning horns are dealt with. One suggestion they mentioned was that the horns be made into multiple use items but have them wear out very quickly meaning the monetary investment would still be there in repairs but there would be no need to buy new horns or have more than one or two at a time.

All it takes is making the horns become stackable. The ability to summon players on call is a huge boon both to our class and the game as awhole. Especially since the only limit seems to be how many horns you have on you

I'd lobby for horns being stackable in stacks of Five units. That I would consider working as intended.

Even if the horns only stacked in 3's that would be fine but atm the horns are inv space killers nerfing a good ability sum what.

I find it still most useful. Get to a end lvl instance and if some ppl need to repair, they gonna love you long time for the port.
Seeing how horns are used up, space in the bags increases after you recalled so-many members of your group.

Stacking would be nice anyway..

I would disagree, summoning is useful it just has not been delivered well. Items should stack or a single item should have a number of charges.

It also helps reduce the cost when people want to come join you in the Ettenmoors, you could always start a summoning service for people, anything to reduce the 120s cost must be good.
