V8supercar rules disallow any direct factory ownership. Since TWR are in a
bit of financial trouble (Arrows F1) holden have bailed HRT out by buying it
from TWR. There are reports going around that unless Holden sell HRT to
"another" company (read HSV) they will be ousted from the championship until
they do not have direct ownership of HRT. This will affect HRT, Kmart, HYL
