Yep, customizable body shapes for sure - and maybe even a choice of colours for your newbie gear so at least one newbie wiz doesn't look like the next.

And most important of all: I want also dwarven beards for female dwarves - I really feel naked without that! This is dwarven discrimination...

I just imagined what happens if they really have beards for female dwarves, I had to create a new char and play it again to lvl 5. Otherwise I have to run around with my naked face and every dwarf is laughing at me...
