Some, if not all of them, have certainly been mentioned before but anyway here it goes:

- Two weapon fighting / weapon & shield hotkey
- Ability to unequip your equipped weapons via hotkey (might replace the /sheath command)
- Prevent sheathed weapons to be drawn upon area transition or any talk/trade action
- Weapons visible on your character in the character selection screen

Graphics:

- Clothing (the textures for various types of clothing already exist for NPCs)
- Visible cloaks (I know it's not easy to get them to look good, but still...)
- Sheathed weapons visible on the character
- The walk animation for NPCs applied to PCs instead of the current one
- Ability to dye armor
- Changed combat animations when using defensive fighting or power attack to make the different stance visible to your party members
- More graphically displayed emotes

Gameplay & Dungeons:

- More puzzles
- Possibility for characters with high strength to bash open locked doors/chests
- A way to open crates/barrels without breaking them

Other:

- More NPC city life (I hate the comparison, but Blizzard did a very good job on Stormwind in WoW. NPCs wander the streets and some of them interact with eachother at certain trigger points like the human & the dwarf walking the streets and talking about their wartime exploits or the boy teasing his sister with her stolen doll)

2 weapon + weap and shield: Well shield will go into the 2nd slot anyway so i'll ignore that, 2 weap on 1 hotkey for 2 weap fighting ect if you had read the forums is one of the features they are working on.

unequiping weapons - cant really see why you would want to. guess some people just get really upset about having their weapons out all the time. This is probably the best suggestion i have seen for these people though. hmm they will probably complain about not having the extra polygons attached to their bodies which they can use to brag about their l33t gear though...

Weapons on your char select avatar: again a big why do you need this? so far i have heard a lot of it would be nice if..coments for this but no real explanations as to why the devs should waste development time on something so trivial.

Clothing: there are multiple versions of the various armour models and robe models, or are you talking about 'Civilian' clothing? stuff your char will wear when they go out clubbing? (Inning maybe?)

visible cloaks: again a it would be nice feature. not a high priority for me, but i wouldn't mind seeing the cloak i have on.

Sheathed weapons on chars: a would be nice, but not high on my list of desired features

Walk animations: will admit i rerolled my cleric to female as the male walk cycle was annoying the hell out me. He looked like he was constipated.

dye armour: too much guild wars? cant really see the benefit other then as a gimmick.

stances: Cant say it would effect me, but stuff lke this would be nice.

emotes: unnecessary Gimmicks, why do people keep asking for these? i would prefer the dev time to go into something more useful, like more classes/races fixing some of the more annoying recurring bugs. but thats me, and i recognise some people like to pay money to stand around in an inn and pretend to drink.

More puzzles: Agreed, i loved it the first time i did the scroll quest, and a big smile occurred down in the steam tunnels

The fighters universal lock pick: Yes, though some should still need the rogue. if the char has enough strength some things should be breakable, though its incredibly noisey and causes lots of mobs to come at you...

Crate/barrels: for stealthed chars? yeah that would be nice.

NPC life: I thought Stormwind was a little sterile to be honest. but i can udnerstand what you mean.

DAoC actually, I don't play Guild Wars :D
There are some nice looking armours in the game, but sometimes I find their colors somewhat ... distasteful. It obviously is a pure quality of life and RP feature, but it adds a lot character customization and would allow to match helmet and armor color.

2 weapon + weap and shield: Well shield will go into the 2nd slot anyway so i'll ignore that, 2 weap on 1 hotkey for 2 weap fighting ect if you had read the forums is one of the features they are working on.

I know it's in the works, but as another quality of life feature I added it to the list.

Quality of life? oh you're german. I think the term you're looking for is Gameplay. though in all actuallity a duel wielding action bar button is more of a UI suggestion then a Gameplay one, though it will effect gameplay simply by making it more convenient for duel wielder to switch weapons.
