Bard Music

Please let others hear when Bard's play their music. Could never understand why no-one seemed interested when I buffed them until last night when teaming with another bard I realised that while the notes appear on screen the music can't be heard. If I can hear another player casting a spell, surely they should be able to hear me playing. I thought maybe it was just me but apparantly not as a quick question on the general board has shown others have found the same thing.

BTW I'm assuming this is a missing feature and not a bug.

Aye I totally agree, it seems stupid to me that no one else can hear the nice little ditty I play. Also, if other players can hear the music it may stop them from charging off and actually waiting for the buff.

dont be silly. Stupid McDumbDumb the warrior/barbarian will still charge off coz he's Ard and dont need no one else.

I agree that bard music should be heard and maybe they could figure out a way for those that absolutly hate it to ignore the music by some /squelch command.

Its a bug. In beta you have heard the bard's music.

True, at the beginning of the beta my friend was able to hear my songs (what a lucky guy he is ;)), but after some patch I became awfully silent for him and everyone around me. :(

It has been reported during beta, and after release... Guess we just need to be patient and just tell the group before we start singing :)

Yes please fix this, as at the moment its making my songs pointless, as im often only one who gets the buff by time i finish the song.......
