- Some form of check when buying/selling magic, enhanced or just expensive items. Double click can lead to errors especially if there is a moment of lag.
- Someone suggested that there could be a "no sell" toggle flag we can put on an item to avoid mistakes.
- Buy back last item (or possibly multiple items)
- Don't show non-sellable collectors items (should be easy because they already have a flag that can be used)

This is top of my list as it's the first thing I wasn't happy with when I started the game (especially as I accidentally sold my +1 hammer).

I like the idea of no sale flags. Could set the item to the same sale type as a collectable. Also like the buy back option only need 2 or 3 items. At least items that you are using don't show up.

or

A trade window like player to player trade window for selling items, with a accept button and the calculated value.

Or just pay attention...

Sorry to be an arse about it but thats the fundemental point. If people were more careful we wouldn't need to have our hands held all through the game and it would encourage more care.

True but selling somthing because of a lag spike isn't our fault and most shops would let you return teh item if you brought it in error or sell you it back. Even pawn shops let you buy back your stuff for a little more than you sold it for.

It would be good to have something, even an "are you sure?" window.

I reacently accidentally sold 11 cure light wound potions, and then could only afford to replace one. Doh! It's definately a kick in the teeth when you've just spent a lot of money on something.

This is getting annoying !!
I sell an item and the other items sometimes juggle about.
Last night I ended up selling a +2 dex ring I really didn't want to sell but had taken off to equip my haggle ring.
Someone else I know ended up paying 22k for a club he didn't want and wasn't what he was clicking on.

A simple check or buy back option would be appreciated.

I agree BUT not with your solution......

How annoying would it be if everytime you buy 1 of those 20 chicken legs you have to "confirm" buying it...... a 10secs transaction becomes more like 1 minute :(

Just do what was done in WoW...... buy back "sold by mistake" items... last 10-15 items uptill you log off... when you log back in you can NOT get your sold items back......

Now THAT idea I like.

I sold off my Masterwork Light crossbow a week ago, because the list wasn't sorted by bag order, so I remembered picking up a spare recently, knew I had it in the first bag and that my own one was in my third bag, sold it, and then 5 minutes later cursed myself when I realised why I couldn't use my crossbow any more....

So the ability to Right click the good stuff in your bags and say 'I don't want to sell this, thank you very much, no matter how much I may ask' would definitely appeal.

Ok, so it'd be a Quality of Life improvement and not a fix to a showstopper bug, but it would be a definite improvement.

I agree with the no sell flag.

There a major points like this wear a poor interface design isnt backed by any checks, you may say "be careful" or "ya dont wanna do it like that you wanna do it like this" I say theres never anyway to make up for poor design then to fix it, and when there are ample examples used in many other games and aspects of day to day life of it done better and reasons for that need, i find it a big let down for this type poor design to be in modern games.

A more intresting idea i think is doing it like a porn brokers, you sell somthing and for thirty days you can buy it back with slight intrest after that its full sale price, and of course if someone buys it then you cant.
