Zzeno, you seem to know a bit about this codemasters mob , and some of the scamms that are around , so what about the game itself, and copy protection, lve spamfested this site with this problem with no luck, lm rather peeeeed off about it so my words have become somewhat , colorful , sorry, but after so many hours of trying on something l payed good cash for, with no support or installation data base faults files to search, what does codemasters expect people to do ? l am going to post at codemaster over and over until its fixed or l get a spam ban ! What else can one do !
Heres the problem....
l install v8racedriver2 and thats fine, then it asks for a reboot to complete installation, so l reboot, and then it just asks to reboot again, and again, and again, and again, and again,and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again,and again, yea , and never starts any v8 driver exe. l never get to the CD key bit. l just spend 4 hours rebooting and stuffing around !
My system is an AMD 4400+, 2 gigs pc3200 RAM, 7800gtNVIDIA graphics,300 gig sata hard disc's, my other system is an fx55, x800 tx, 2 gigs of ram, and it runs fine on it, however l bought this game to do an ingame action video for an AMD shop, to show the power of dual core against fx cpu chips, so l record on the fx55 then the 4400+, but its just not happening, so if l find lve payed for a faulty game, l will never ever codemasters any driving game again, l hope you have even just an inkling of how to fix it, for lve changed folder re-installed 11, yes eleven times, lve installed into different folders drives etc etc all to no avail. l cant be the first but l seem to be .....the game aint that new.....
so your thoughts ?
