Only a week and a bit away! It's gunna be a ripper! Who do you all fancy to take it out? I reckon it'll be Cam McConville and Warren Luff in a surprise victory.
Or maybe Skaife and Richo if they team together.
BJ and BOwie might sneak up for a win in there cursed  ford
But I reckon Team Kiwi might be the surprise package, they had a good setup last year, and have got 2 good drivers in Simon Wills, whose one of the best drivers in the country, and Jason Richards.
But the real question is: Is there anyone still hee to read my post??

Although it's not entirely accurate, I know from the Lansvale Site (www.lrt.com.au, need to drum up some hits for their iste) that Ashby and Reed are not going to be there unfortunatley.
The favourites are certainly HRT. But my tip is for Brad Jones and Bowie to win because going on their form at Queensland they would have won that race if it wasn't for the two drive thrus. Also Bezzy and Captn Chaos could be up there as well.

5 days!!!! I can't wait! This is gunna be the best Bathurst Ever!! Unless, of course, ford win, but what are the chances of that? :D
Its that time of year again , THE BIG RACE .Its
also the time of year that the ford vs holden fans start to make lots of noise about which brands is best and who gunna kick ass.The one a
like the best is those who say ford suck, holdens gunna kick ass.
. The funny thing is most of the so called holden lovers who just cant get enough of mark skaife &
HIV/HRT seem to drive corollas or honda civics (OR OWN A HRT HAT).
IF YOUR GOING TO PASS COMMENT ON A MAKE OF CAR
MAKE SURE YOU AT LEAST DRIVE THAT BRAND.
OR STFU .

Well davo d, I am a holden fan and I am sorry to say but unless the fords can maintain consistency during the race, because they will have the extra grunt down conrod, then it will be another HOLDEN WIN. As you can see by the QLD 500 I don't think there is much in it between makes now. Ford also have plenty of quick drivers, so there are no excuses anymore.
Also sorry to disapoint you mate, I don't drive a Corolla or Civic or even own a HRT hat, but I do own a 5.7 litre V8 VX Commodore (manual), that good enough for you dude?

Yeah, true, I haven't been bothered to get my L plates yet, so I can't drive :( :( :(
But when I do, It'll be a Nissan Pintara
But then I get to move on to a Calais VP. THat's gunna be sweet. Once I can drive properly.
Anywayz, 4 DAYS TO GO!!!!!
THAT WILL DO NICELY THANKS JOHNO..THATS A MEAN
RIDE...I GOT A XR FALCON ........67 THAT IS.
SHOULD BE A GOOD RACE ,YOUR RIGHT ABOUT THERE
BEING NO EXCUSES THIS YEAR. I THINK THE FORD GUYS
SHOULD STOP GETTING IN EACH OTHERS WAY..AND MAYBE
JUST MAYBE GET A PITSTOP RIGHT (FOR A CHANGE).
HOLDENS WILL BE HARD TO BEAT ,BUT NOT UNBEATABLE.
LOOK AFTER THAT 5.7 THEY GET STOLEN OVER HERE
ON A REGULAR BASIS.

So you got yourself a classic davo, I may be a holden fan and drive a modern version but I can still appreciate precious metal, good stuff. Is it in good nic or are you doing it up?
Yeah, I'm careful where I park it.
Don't know what it is with the Ford drivers, you now have the go fast machinery but are not (until the QLD 500 that is) producing the goods. I think Ambrose will be our biggest threat this year, along with Lowndes. Lowndes has had plenty of experience up there and being a former winner he knows what to do.
Should be the best year yet.
GO THE HOLDENS

And who the fock are you telling people what they can and can't comment on.
So by your rationale I can't be a Schumacher fan cos' I don't drive a Ferari or I can't be a Sydney Roosters fan if I've never played for them.
Typical cry baby attitude I would expect from a Ford supporter.
And in case you haven't noticed Holden has been kicking ass all year and it ain't about to change.
didnt catch what you were driving, but calling
yourself brock, you dont need to drive a holden.
ps .whos crying ,i got a good laugh outta this
one .its just to easy to wind you guys up.
if you dont drive a holden change your name to
CROCK
Fridge is stocked with Scotch and Coke, Choc Chip Muffins, Chokitos, Corn Chips, Salsa Dip, and many other Couch Potato Bathurst watching Goodies.
Hope its a good race. Go Brocky for number 10 ( doubt it though ). Reckon Skaife/Richards will win.

Oh Yeah! I almost forgot!! Gotta get all drink and food for the race! Nearly forgot about it. Boy, would i have felt stupid on Sunday morning at 7:00am when I realised I had no food or drink!
Hehehe, Bathurst sunday, the one day I get up early without complaint!

Oh yeah, almost 4got. Anyone else see what happened to Gardner? Hearbreaking stuff for Besnard I reckon, could he be the new Glennn Seton w/ the Bathurst hoodoo. He's came close a few times and lost out through no fault of his own.
Well, my tip Team Kiwi seems to be having a bit of trouble, judging by how much their car was smashed up. But the OzEmail team are strong, wth Bowe on provisional pole. And they're in the OLD car! Amazing. I thought they were gonig to go well, but not THAT well!

Wow, so Owen Kelly's out, and Besnard's in to the Ford Credit seat. Feel sorry for the guy, sick on the most important weekend of the year!
At least Skaife's on pole, so finally this year someone can break that not-winning-from-pole hoodoo thing they go on about so much each year.
Can't wait for the race, but it was a shame they cancelled the historic 7 lapper, that really sucked.

One wonders if it could be Glen Setons year finally...afterall he got his bad luck out of the way early, by blowing his motor in the shoot out.
Having David Besnard driving with him make it a formidible combination, but i dont know whether the Ford Credit car has the speed this year.

Only just though. When you consider Ingall had around a 30sec lead on them just after the final pitstop, they were very lucky. Esp. with the leaking fluid and the rubbish in the radiator. Wow that was a tight finish. But I'm not complaining!!!
Quite fun to once again watch the Fords choke, and collapse in a heap, well before the end of the race.
But wow, what a race! And what a nailbiter for a finish. And here I was thinking last year could never be topped . . . and this year we have HOLDENS instead of the fords at the top. Awesome.
