I went out and bought a "Action Replay v2",its a games cracker that comes with a memory dongel and software CD.
There are hundreds of codes for all the top games, and if you subscribe to the www.codejunkies.com (http://www.codejunkies.com) site you are sent all the latest codes for all the new games.
All you do is install each code and save it to the dongel, and it's there whenever needed.
The software has a memory manager with the ability
to compress saves, a backup of the cheat codes, and best of all a top DVD program that allows you to be able to play any of the 6 zones.
Unlimited code storage, muti-zone DVD, and compress your saves.All for $70 bucks.
To your question:
I don't like cheating, I don't normally need them.
Some times you just can't race 24hr's of "Le Man" to get that last damn car.
With the "Action Replay" I have all the cars,tracks,trophies,cash,bonus's,and the kitchen sink for "V8 Supercars","GT Concept 2002", and "GT3" and so on.
It's a top score I think.
If you didn't already know "V8 Supercars" save file is copy protected so you can't share with your mates.
Just to prove I have the codes, once you have activated the bonus codes they are as listed:

4 :D AMAGE
5:CHAMPS
6:ALLPRD
7:EASYCAR
