Because by the world toca touringcar game you coud start by a medeterian car or english car or by a german car ?????????????????

i think that the game starts with a story and than you can accept a view offers i think

like :
Great Britain BTCC :JSM team ( Black ) Alfa 147
Germany DTM : Rosberg team ( Purple ) Mercedes clk
Austalia V8 : Big kev team ( Yellow ) Ford Falcon

It's very simple: a team is looking for a driver witch you see in the intro. 15 years ago your father died in a crash just when he went over the finish line. Your brother is already in the racing world and tells the 2 guys they should check out his baby bro (you) if they really need a driver. So then you begin driving your first TOCA championschip with a black Lexus. Afterwards, several teams will have seen what you have done (i suppose most people simply win the championschip) several emails (that's how you receive word from your teams) will come in asking you to rive for them in a certain car in a certain championschip. Then you climb the ladder.

The DTM and V8 championships are all in the second tier, so you can't even go from toca to dtm :)
