Ich muss leider warten bis Helios, der Communtiy Manager , wieder online ist. Das kann noch bis Montag dauern, da jetzt Wochenende ist. Sobald ich etwas weiss sage ich es euch.

Firstly please accept our apologies for the lack of updates on the forum. We have had some technical issues with our VPN today unrelated to the following.

There is currently an issue with playing Grid online for PC and PS3 players, whereby users are unable to connect. Unfortunately Codemasters do not operate the servers for the online portion of the game, so are not able to resolve the issue directly.

However, we have notified the operators concerned and therefore expect service to be restored as soon as they have resolved the issue. Regrettably we do not yet have an estimated time for when this will be. The latest information we have suggests that service is unlikely to be resumed before the end of the weekend.

Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused. We do completely understand how frustrating such an outage is to players wishing to play online this weekend.

If you cant wait until the server are open again, u can play via tunngle or hamachie. I would prefer tunggle.



What to do:
- my advice- its just a short solution

! use tunngle !

What is tunngle: its a bit like hamachie but better
For win XP / Vista / Win7
a lot of games ( no serial( most time))
255 player for each channel
friend messenger,
possibility to add firends and block cheater
very nice community
many more .. i will list them later

1. visit tunngle.de ( upstairs right there is flag for english language),
2. registrate ( not in the forum on the main page),
3. download tunngle,
4. instal it
5 restart your pc !important!
4. start it , then u join the channel sport-> race driver grid

Notice: Some router could have problems then you need to forward your ports.
If you dont restart(like me first) you see ingame no open server
