Hunter pet question

i would like to know how i can get the pet.
There is any quest that i have to do ? or i learn it from the trainer?
at what lvl i can get it?

I think he came from a game we all know as "huntershavepetsinthisgame" :P.
Btw, I have a lore master, and a couple of pets, the pet pathing is not horrible at all :)

Op joined june 2009 and has 1 post. he is ether new at which point be nice :D or a 'troll' :p

Not pets for hunter this game as they really are not needed. Lore master is the 'master' pet class with Captains having a huminoid 'companion'.

It is nice to have the game different.

U mention that there are not hunter pets. U find it strange. What is your first reaction? Ask at an in game channel. Any channel. Ask a randomly passing player. Ask an NPC. Check your trainer.
But no. U create an account at the forums. And then ask a question about something that has a "Yes-No only" question. A question that can be instantly answered in game.
I need to recollect my brain cells now.

They can ask where ever they like. Some people actually seek information in game some out of game. This person if you read the post might not actually play the game and is just seeking information.

Lol, if Hunters had pets, youd find we'd HUNT them! Besides, I'd hate it sooo much. Hunters are solitary.

I think.. it would be cool if hunters had a dog or something :) a dog that can track mobs, give our 3 tracking skills to the dog instead maybe..

Hmm.. No thanks.. I think i will relay mostly on my personal nose for tracking mobs :P

I wouldn't mind a Hawk or a Falcon. Not to actually do anything, but a nice bit of quite appropriate Hunter fluff.

Of course when I say "not to actually do anything" It'd have to be able to rip the eyeballs from the heads of creeps obviously. But apart from that.....


oh and a pack of vicious Hunting Hounds too, but nothing more.

hmm.. How bout a Dinosaur? It's fitting the lore very nice.. I thought I was the only one slow today...

But tbh I would love to see some kind of Saint-Bernard dog, carying a little bottle of rum (keg in this case) and when you drink from it you wake up in a whole different place of Middle-Earth. See? With this pet being implemented no more whines from the hunters, the class will be really OPed with yet another fast traveling skill (with few disadvantages though, you will have no direction and I am still trying to find my pants since I have over exaggerated with drinking from the keg). :D
