guide to east angmar

does anyone know if the lvl requirement to start the guide to east-angmar quest chain at hunter trainer has been raised?
Different internetsites stated that you can start the chain at hunter trainer when you become lvl 48.
My hunter is now lvl49 still no questring above any huntertrainer and i have completed Vol. I, Book 6, Chapter 7: Beyond Rammas Deluon (http://lorebook.lotro.com/index.php/Quest:Vol._I,_Book_6,_Chapter_7:_Beyond_Rammas_Del uon)

problem solved send a ticket to gm and this was the answer i got: "Dear Yldereth, unfortunately we are not allowed to provide hints or tips on quest requirements or availability. suddenly the first trainer i visited was in evendim had the quest so i went back to check riv and bree and the trainers there got it to.
So my guess is there was a bug an d fixed it but cant tell me what the problem was

I think I have that one ever since I was 45, not sure what are the requirements for it.. The best way to make sure you will get the guide to Aughaire is to check lore-book.

(i remember you get this one with all other hunters quests, implements of the hunt, and I forgot the other quest name) Check again with any hunter trainer, not sure what's the problem with it...
