Hey, im soon coming to play lotro with a mate, he is going to be a hunter and i wanna be a warden or runekeeper, which do you think will be best to duo with a hunter.
My warden will be DPS but it will also allow me to tank so my hunter can maximise damage on the mobs.
With a runekeeper it will allow me to dps but with a bit of healing incase we get in a bad situation.
What do you think?
Thanks

Go for a Warden! Your friend will love you because he can use his bow properly and the Warden has enough self-heal capability to keep going without support.

Agree. A melee/ranged combo works well and I would think a Hunter/Warden combo would work very well.

I have played with a LM and it is very nice, if he knows how to play his LM and if you know how to play your hunter. his stun skills are very useful, especially if the hunter uses traps. Talking about low lvl here 30-40.
I am playing my game in a hunter-hunter fs and we are doing alright. Actually it is quite fun but it doesn't require too much brain for it, just some button smashing :P

I'm playing a hunter with a friend playing a Runekeeper. It's an excellent combo. :)

I play Hunter, and my girlfriend is a Captain... don't think there is a better duo for constant playing. Sometimes LM is looking handy also.

Don't know why, I am still a newbie at it but hunters seems to fit for a perfect and balanced game play no matter what class are you partying with. I may be biased, but I have played with all classes so far (talking about duo) and it went well each and every time :)

I think it's because Hunter is a DPSer, can't do anything else. And if somebody helping him in any way (more DPS, heal, tank, buff) it's just get's perfect :)
