I was running around with my hunter yesterday, having some real power issues so i decided to use one of my very few wind-rider's i have left for the additional power reduction to find it didnt stack on top of my current power reducing book, however breach-finders still do!
Has anyone else noticed this, anyone know if it was intended or not? I was under the impression that they were always gonna be stackable.
