Crash to desktop after event ends

This just started happening out of no where. I was playing fine until one day the game would just crash after the event ended. I can race both the races in the race but after those 2 end, the game crashes without any error.
The game ran 100% fine on all max settings before and has suddenly stopped working.

EDIT: Fixed with a re-install.

That my prob too except im getting a black screen. When i press alt+tab+ delete i see this error.

Solution: Don't use the "no-dvd" exe. Having the DVD in the drive is annoying but hey, at least it works.
