GRID crash after world record

Hello, I have done a world record about 10 times, everytime i complete the race and when its loading the menu it crashes the game! It's like when it sends the world record date over it crashes, I got a near-world record and that didnt crash my game.
This is on singleplayer, race day.

Worst of all when it crashes, it doesn't send over the time!

Just reset the computer, and it still crashes after I do a world record.

Could it be because my lap time isn't in order on the leaderboard yet? it shows i have the 2nd best time but i am ranked 20.
