I forgot to explain that this problem occured when my GRID was version 1.0
afterthat i have no idia to fix. Basically, I downloaded and successfully installation patch version 1.2 but my profile still existing corrupted.

I skip patch ver. 1.1. Do i also need to patch it?

you shouldn't need to patch to 1.1 before upgrading to 1.2.

however, there's no fix in either patch for a corrupted profile.

what happened before it got corrupted?
