Can't progress any further...

Hey, i had no problems with 1.1, but i decide to download 1.2 and carry on the single player mode.

So, i get to Euro B license, and i do the Le Mans Series GT2.
I played it on serious difficulty.

First 2 races no problem, placed first in both, sweet. Play the 3rd track (can't remember what it was) and even better, i race so well that i place ABOVE the GT1's and come in 7th place, sweet.

Then when i press continue, GRID.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.

Crap, i relaunch grid and happily it saved the first 2 races, so i try the 3rd again, wow...im above the GT1's again, thats weird. i thought maybe grid couldnt understanda GT2 placing above a GT1, so i thought ok, ill stop on the finnish line for em, let em pass, finnish 10th, top of the GT2 class.

Press continue, and Look what happens, GRID.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close.

I doen other trophies on grid since 1.2, but no matter what, i cant get this trophy and its really beginning to nark me.

any solutions?

Tried doing another race but the same happens there, i can't actually win any more trophies as grid always encounters a problem, help would be great.

Same problem here. But on the beginning of the career.
When I finish last race for 60,000 $ game the game crashes.

this patch sucks, it makes nothing but not letting you play, it crashes in my case in every drift GP I tried.. I got back to 1.1
c'mon guys... try things before release them!! and read the forums, what did it change? almost nothing

Yeah, its amazing how it seems there is a complete lack of common sense in their development dept.

Same here, I bought the Audi TR10, spent 20 000 000$ on it, and everytime I do the 24 Hours of LeMan in career mode, game crash once the race is over. I'm at my 6th attempt to do it. Cant progress further. Pretty frustrating.

So, any information about a "1.3" patch or any solution? Can't play career mode like this.

Yes, i have the same problem, the game crashes after i go to move on from the replay in... i dont remember the race name, but the end of the first pro level for Europe, i have beaten him about 3 times now, and each time the game will crash when i go to move on from the replay...
I do hope they have a quick 1.21 patch soon

And im in Australia... but it decided to tell me im in the UK... stupid i even picked it from the list, they need to update there forum too by the looks! :P

still nothing? Wow this is officially the worst patch ever.

My grid game crashes after every trophy i go for, it also crashes after racing ONLINE so i cant rank up online, i can play Race Day mode without it crashing...but hwy would i want to do that?

to all you complainers : why don't you post your hardware specs of your pc in your sig? Now we can only guess.

And again, blaming CM is easy. Do you really own the game, or do you use an illegal version ? Yes, i can insult you too like you insult CM.

Why should he pull his head in, He's right, you all are wrong, you all need to say what kind of hardware etc etc etc ya'all got running before you go blasting CM, cause frankly, with the info you all gave just now the ONLY solution I see is to not use the NoDvD and put the damned disk in the drive like I do when such bugs pop up, which oddly enough ALWAYS HAPPENS WITH THE NODVD AND DRIFT RACES....unless ya'all get a little more specific with the prob and hardware software ya got ain't nobnody gonna help your crying a**! Especially not Code Masters, they will just never make a pc version of a game again!

I uninstalled the game, re-installed it with patch 1.1 and everything is fine now. Didn't lost any data, even my race that I could save after game crash was recorded as a win and didn't had to re-do it.
