Well I have been experiencing sudden framerate drops, I had no idea why, it would just go from 60fps down to 15-20fps, and remain like that for a few seconds.
Now, it didn't go away, and I was able to see what was causing it. Suddenly, EVERYTHING has motion blur, it's as if I'm drunk driving in GTAIV, everything just blurs at the slightest movement, and of course, all this motion blur is what causes this massive slowdown.
I doubt there's a fix for this, besides turning motion blur off. :(
